Before and After pictures. I was called in to finish the previously installed drywall, install all wood trim then paint walls and trim in this second floor space. South Portland.
Investigated a roof leak issue and discovered an area under a roof porch where the asphalt shingles had delaminated and were no longer providing protection so I removed the damaged shingles and installed new. It's a good thing I'm not a large guy, because this was a VERY cramped space! Old Orchard Beach.
